This kit is designed for real-time fluorescence PCR using a pair of primers and a fluorescent probe specifically designed for the conserved region of monkeypox virus (MPXV) nucleic acid. It is suitable for Qualitative analysis of MPXV DNA.

For unopened mixes, the validity period is 12 months if stored at -20℃ ±5℃ avoiding light exposure; For opened mixes, validity period is 2 weeks if stored at 4℃.

For shipment, validity period is 7 days with blue ice in foam box.
